Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
I am passionate about creating spaces where individuals of all ages and identities find a sense of safety, self-worth, connectedness, and clarity in times of uncertainty and unease.
The journey inward
is the first step forward
Do you find that you are functioning really well in some areas of your life, but not others? Do you feel that you aren’t living life to your potential? Maybe you are doing well in your career, and your relationships are suffering. Or you may be at a juncture in life and you’re finding it difficult to make decisions. Perhaps you aren’t sure what is wrong, but you’re experiencing feelings of shame, insecurity, doubt, or fear. You might be in the habit of neglecting your needs, being out of touch with your inner guidance system, and getting by with unhelpful behaviors or relationship patterns.
I believe that when we tune into ourselves, our body knows exactly what we need most.
Instead of numbing with behaviors that take us further from our authenticity and goals, we can make choices that align with our values, true desires, and best versions of ourselves.
My role is to help remove roadblocks, and to facilitate reconnection with the you that knows the way forward.
I can help you tune into what is out of alignment and is causing distress. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and flexible, rooted in psychodynamic theory and enriched by evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”
