The ocean is a beautiful metaphor for human experience.

Viewing the ocean from above it can appear calm, tranquil, controlled. Underneath is a vast expanse of different entities and processes, sometimes working in harmony and sometimes in conflict. The ocean can do amazingly inspiring things. It can also do harm. The ocean can be greatly affected by outside forces and internal vulnerabilities. Ultimately, the ocean does its best to take care of itself, and sometimes it can use the help of another to thrive.

Therapy With Me

I tailor my approach to fit you and your needs; everyone is unique, therefore my therapy with each patient is unique.

I have found there is much to gain from insights about early experiences and relationships as a foundation for us to learn about you and how you engage with your life, allowing us to integrate the past to work toward the future.

We may explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences to better understand your emotional distress and discover ways to be more calm and content.

It is often beneficial to incorporate existential themes such as freedom/choice, finding meaning by deeply connecting to your internal experiences, and using a sense of responsibility to empower growth.
